What’s new in Property Control.

We have introduced the ability for residents to share package notifications with the rest of their household. Once turned on by management, residents can opt to share their incoming package notifications with other members of their unit, who will then see them under the Packages section. A new email preference lets unit members know when a shared package arrives, and residents can turn that notification off if they’d rather only hear about their own packages.

Security staff can now create Incident Reports right from the mobile app. The revamped Security and Concierge console has a quick action for starting a new Incident Report, with fields for incident type, date and time, related unit, and other details. Reports can be saved as a draft and finished later or edited after creation — bringing mobile in line with the functionality on the web app. This feature is available on version 13.7 and up of the Android app, with iOS support coming in a future release.

The Condo Control AI Assistant is now available on the mobile app. From the Contact Condo Control tab, residents and staff can chat with the assistant to get instant answers, and it will guide them to open a new case directly within the app when needed. Better yet, questions can be asked in any language, and the AI Assistant will respond in kind. This improvement is available on the iOS and Android app version 13.7.1 and up.

The Condo Control AI Assistant is now available on the mobile app. From the “Contact Condo Control” tab, residents and staff can chat with the assistant to get instant answers, and it will guide them to open a new case directly within the app when needed. The “Contact Property Manager” tab, along with its phone number and hours, remains unchanged. This update is available on the iOS and Android app version 13.7.1 and up.

process-improvement.png  Incident Report Creation on Mobile (Android)

Security staff can now create Incident Reports directly from the mobile app. The revamped Security & Concierge console adds a quick action for creating a new Incident Report, with fields for incident type, date and time, related unit, and other details. Reports can also be saved as a draft and finished later, or edited after creation — bringing mobile in line with the functionality that’s always been available on web. This update is available on the Android app version 13.7.0 and up and iOS version 13.9.0 and up.

process-improvement.png  Fix to Announcement Image Placement

Resolved an issue where inline images in announcements — including their alignment and size — did not display as shown in the preview once the announcement was sent.

process-improvement.png  Fix to Vendor Registration

Addressed an issue where select vendors appeared to be removed from the vendor list, causing management to receive an error stating the vendor already existed when attempting to re-register them with the same email address

process-improvement.png  Fix to Announcement Text Alignment

Resolved an issue where applying text alignment to a selected portion of an announcement incorrectly realigned the entire body of text instead.

July 13 - 19, 2026

process-improvement.png  Multi-Workspace User Accounts

To protect the privacy and security of residents with accounts across multiple workspaces, management can no longer edit the email address of these users from a Unit File or Portfolio user record. Attempting to do so now shows a message directing them to use the Process Moveout feature if the resident has moved out or sold their unit, or to contact support if the change was requested by the resident.

process-improvement.png  Fix to Guest Pass Permissions

Addressed an issue where residents without permission to create Guest Passes could still see the option in the mobile app and begin the request. The Guest Passes option is now correctly hidden for residents who don’t have this permission.

process-improvement.png  Fix to Amenity Booking Widget

Resolved an issue where the homepage widget continued to show an amenity’s old price after it had been updated in setup, even though the correct price appeared in Amenity Bookings.

process-improvement.png  Fix to Authorized Entry for Multi-Unit Owners

Resolved an issue where some owners with more than one unit had a new Authorized Entry save to a different one of their units instead of the one they created it in.

July 20 - 26, 2026

process-improvement.png  Proxy Voting Improvements

We have made several updates to the Proxy Voting module to give communities more flexibility when running meetings or townhalls. Lobby TV display information is no longer a required field during setup — you can proceed without entering it if a lobby display isn’t in use, or if you simply don’t want voting information shown on a display you do have.

The Details tab now shows which groups are included in a voting event, and you can add additional groups after the event has already launched — previously, a missed group meant recreating the election from scratch. Reminders can also be sent to specific units or groups instead of only to everyone who hasn’t voted yet, making it easier to reach an owner who has lost their unique voting link.

Attachments uploaded to an election can now be reordered in both the setup wizard and the Update Attachments page, instead of relying on automatic sorting. And lastly we have refreshed the default meeting text and standardized how meeting dates and times display across voting notifications.

July 27 - 31, 2026

process-improvement.png  Household Package Notifications

We have introduced the ability for residents to share package notifications with the rest of their household. Once enabled by management, residents can opt to share their incoming package notifications with other members of their unit, who will then see them under the Packages section. A new email preference notifies unit members when a shared package arrives, which they can turn off if they’d rather only be emailed about their own packages. For more information on package notifications, refer to the following guide: How to Enabled Household Package Notifications.

process-improvement.png  Proxy Voting Sync with Unit File

The Proxy Voting module now reflects changes made to the Unit File after a meeting package has been sent, rather than relying on the snapshot of the Unit File that existed when the meeting was set up. Owners added to a unit, move-outs, and group membership changes made mid-campaign are now picked up automatically, so newly added owners gain access to vote and previous owners stop receiving meeting communications once they're no longer associated with a unit.

process-improvement.png  Fix to Visitor Parking Custom Expiration Time

Resolved an issue where staff logging a visitor from the Security & Concierge Console could not select a custom expiration time for the parking permit, resulting in an incorrect expiration time.
