Login Troubleshooting - How to Reset your Password

If you have forgotten your password, please follow the below steps to reset it. To change your account password, refer to the How to Change your Password guide. 


To reset your password through the mobile app, refer to the Mobile App: How to Reset Password article.


1. Visit


2. Click on the "I forgot my password" button


3. You will be prompted to provide your email address. Enter your email address and press Submit.

4. Our system will send an email to the provided email address.

5. In your email, a link will be provided with instructions on how to set a new password.


6. The link will open up and you will need to create a new password that is at least 8 characters long, under 40 characters long, and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one of the following special characters: !@#$*%^&

Once you have confirmed the new password, you can login with your email address and new password created.
