This user guide outlines how to reset your password from the mobile app. Follow these steps if you have forgotten your password or have been locked out of your account.

Reset Your Password
1. Open the Condo Control mobile app and click on "Forgot Password".
2. Put in your Email/Username you used to login into Condo Control Central and select "Submit".
3. An email with the password reset link will have been sent to you.
4. Open up your password reset link email from Condo Control and tap on the "Click here to reset your password" link.
5. The link will open a page where you will need to create a new password.
Your password must be at least 8 characters long, and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one of the following special characters: !@#$*%^&
6. Now your password has been successfully changed. You can now go back into the home page to login with your username and new password.
If you don't receive a password reset email within 10 minutes (check your spam folder) or if you have forgotten which email address you have registered with us, please contact our support line at: 1-888-762-6636, option 2.
