This user guide outline how to reset your password from the web browser. Follow these steps if you have forgotten your password or have been locked out of your account.

How to Change Your Password
Reset Your Password
1. Visit https://app.condocontrol.com/login
2. Click on the "I forgot my password" button
3. You will be prompted to provide your email address. Enter your email address and press Submit.
4. Our system will send an email to the provided email address.
5. In your email, a link will be provided with instructions on how to set a new password.
6. The link will open up and you will need to create a new password that is at least 8 characters long, under 40 characters long, and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one of the following special characters: !@#$*%^&
Once you have confirmed the new password, you can login with your email address and new password created.
If you don't receive a password reset email within 10 minutes (check your spam folder) or if you have forgotten which email address you have registered with us, please contact our support line at: 1-888-762-6636, option 2.
