Guest Passes allow residents to grant one-time access to common areas in the community, like swimming pools or tennis courts, to their guests. Guest Passes are purchased through the mobile app, shared directly with guests, and scanned by security staff. This user guide outlines how to configure guest passes for your community.
For an overview of the Guest Pass feature, refer to the guide below:
1. Select Setup from the welcome menu in the top right corner.
2. Pick Guest Passes from the main menu.
3. Click the Edit icon beside "Guest Passes Is" to enable the feature for residents.
4. Pick the appropriate access option for your community. Once completed, click Save.
- Yes - Guest Passes enabled for owners and tenants: Residents will be able to view/create/share guest passes.
- Read-only - Guest Passes are read-only for owners: Residents can view/share guest passes but cannot create them.
- No - Guest Passes disabled for owners and tenants: Residents will not be able to view/create/share guest passes.
5. Create the guest pass types for your community by selecting Create Guest Pass Type.
6. Enter the details for the guest pass type. Once completed, click Save.
- Guest Pass Name - Enter a name for the guest pass. This is what will appear to residents on the drop-down menu.
- Guest Pass Validity - All guest passes are set to expire 90 days from the issue date (i.e. the date purchased)
- Introductory Text - Enter a description for the guest pass. Include any key reminders or rules in this section. This field is optional.
- Price Per Guest Pass - Set the amount for each guest pass.
- Maximum Passes Per Transactions - Determine how many passes a resident can purchase in one transaction. The passes can be sent to different guests.
7. Your guest pass type has now been created and will be available to residents on the mobile app.
