How to Scan & Review Guest Passes

The Guest Pass feature allows owners to easily pay for, and issue single-use guest passes that can be validated by security using a QR code scan. This user guide outlines how to scan guest passes and view the Guest Passes report.

Scan Guest Passes

1. Launch the mobile app and select Unit File from the main menu.

2. Click on the barcode icon in the bottom right corner.

3. Position your camera over the QR Code on the guest pass.

4. The guest pass has now been successfully scanned and will be added to the Guest Passes report.

Note: If you try to scan the guest pass a second time, you will see a notification that it has already been scanned.

View Guest Passes Report

1.  Select Reports for the main menu.

2.  Search the term "Guest Passes" and click the View icon beside the Guest Passes report.

3.  You will now see the guest pass details for the past month. You can adjust the date range and additional parameters using the report filters. 

Note: Guest passes purchased in the same transaction each list the payment amount, service fee, and transaction fee for the purchase. Despite being listed multiple times, the amount was only charged once. Refer to the Payment Reference Number column to confirm if records are from the same transaction.
