What is Amenity Booking?
Amenity Booking allows communities to manage and track the usage of shared facilities like gyms, party rooms, guest suites and more. Our Amenity Booking feature enables residents to view availability, book, and if applicable, pay for using amenities, from the web or mobile app. Some core elements of the Amenity Booking feature include:
- Payment collection for bookings via credit card or bank transfer, as well as the option to record offline payments (e.g., cash, cheque).
- Customizable booking rules like blackout periods, buffer times, and capacity limits.
- Ability to define terms and conditions and enforce signature collection.
- Tailored approval workflows for each amenity (i.e. auto-approve or manual approval from a specific user group).

Feature Requirements
If you plan to collect payment for amenity bookings, you have to enable and configure a payment provider for your workspace. Amenity Booking supports Stripe, Zego, and Rotessa as payment providers. For instructions on how to setup an account and connect it to your workspace, refer to the following:
