Guest Pass Overview

What are Guest Passes?

Guest Passes are a convenient and secure method for residents to grant one-time access to common areas (e.g. pools, tennis court, etc.) for their guests. Our Guest Pass feature allows residents to easily pay for, and issue single-use guest passes that can be validated by security using a QR code scan. Some core elements of the Guest Pass feature include:

  • Customizable guest pass types with unique pricing and purchase quantities 
  • Resident mobile experience for guest pass purchasing and sharing
  • Reporting functionality to track guest pass usage and payments

Feature Requirements

Before you can start using Guest Passes, you have to enable and configure a payment provider for your workspace. Currently only Zego Payments is supported but Stripe functionality will be added soon. Click here for instructions on how to setup your Zego account and connect it to your workspace. Once enabled, you can utilize Online Payments for additional features like Amenity Bookings, Service Requests, Visitor Parking, and the Store.

Note: Guest Pass transactions can be exported to VMS but no other 3rd party accounting systems.
